Kamil is a Managing Partner at our venture fund, bringing over 25 years of diverse experience in finance, sales, business transformation, and start-up investing. He oversees the fund's management, directs the investment strategy and identifies promising start-ups.

A seasoned executive, he began his career at Ernst &Young before moving into the rapidly growing telecommunications sector in the Czech Republic. Kamil played a key role in Eurotel in building the internal business process consultancy, participated in the merger of Česká Telecom and Eurotel into Telefónica, and was responsible for transformation of České Radiokomunikace, where among others designed, executed and sucesfully managed the transition from analogue to digital TV broadcasting resulting in successfull exit to Macquarie Group.

Kamil graduated from Technical University of Ostrava.

Silvia is an Associate at Jet Ventures and her role is to support the partners in managing the investment portfolio / deal flow and conducting due diligence on potential investments. Silvia comes from the startup world, having been employee #5 at FinTech Vice Versa, an Italian venture-debt startup, helping to grow the company to 30+FTE and a successful Series-A.

Harshit focuses on sourcing and evaluating early-stage startups. He analyzes their financial indicators, metrics, and competitive landscape to identify investment potential. He also prepares investment memoranda for the Investment Committee, coordinates thorough product due diligence, and supports portfolio companies post-investment with KPI tracking and growth strategy.

Before joining Jet Ventures, he was as a Visiting Analyst at Henkel dx Ventures in Düsseldorf, where he focused on evaluating early stage startup's. Prior to that, he spent three years as Co-Founder of a textile manufacturing business in India, leading operations, sales, and strategy - managing factory operations, building nationwide distribution, and driving a COVID-era pivot into medical face masks. He also gained experience in valuations at KPMG and in solutions delivery at Moody's Analytics. He is a graduate of Symbiosis International University and earned his master's degree from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany.

At Jet Ventures, Yevgen focuses on investment projects, financial analysis, and company valuations. He also works with founders and leadership teams of portfolio companies on financial management, preparation for future investment rounds, and value creation, while contributing to the development of methodologies for portfolio management and data analysis.

Before joining Jet Ventures, he spent more than nine years at EY in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring department, most recently as a Senior Manager. He advised corporations and private equity investors on financing, restructurings, and strategic financial decisions. He also has experience preparing startups for Series A funding rounds.
